2024 Registration

Complete the Registration Form and the Medical Release Form to signup.

Any child, ages 5 through 21, with any developmental and/or physical disability is eligible to play. (A child must be 6 by July 31 to play.)

Any adult, 22 and older, with any developmental and/or physical disability is eligible to play.
